Gotcha!
It is a fact (IMO, LOL!) that the “higher” the league the less impact an elite player will have with a team because for the most part, they are all elite in the higher leagues (Well, you know what I mean!?)
(CHL, USHL, NAHL, some (many?) of the 10 CJHL leagues….(and USPHL Premier?, soon to be USAH T2?)
This is why I roll my eyes when I hear all the hype about one player “instantly will make said team a contender” at the “higher” levels of Hockey
The “higher” the league and team, the more TEAM matters. (Well, TEAM is what matters at all levels (Dang it!, You know what I mean!)
There are many instances of this over the seasons including this season how a team does after an “elite” player moves up “where he should be playing”, and **vicey versy **
….**but individually, they (the player) has their reasons**, (I perceive this as being a part of freedom)
