USHL Goalie of the Week: Brennan Boynton - Junior Hockey News

Published: Monday, 16 Nov 2020
By: Michael Moore

This week the USHL Goalie of the Week is Brennan Boynton of the Fargo Force.  Boynton is the second Goalie of the Week selection of the 2020-21 season.

This week was nothing crazy. There were not as many games as would be expected this time of year. Despite this Brennen Boynton rose above to deliver the week’s only shutout. On Saturday Brennan knocked down all 18 of the shots the Sioux Falls Stampede took against his Fargo Force. With only one game under his belt Boynton remains undefeated and unscored-upon for the 2020-21 season.

Brennan Boynton’s current statistics are:
W:1 L:0 T:0 SO:0 GAA:0.00 SV%:1.000

Brennan Boynton (20) is a native of Champlin, MN. The majority of his youth hockey experience was with Champlin Park High. From there he broke into Juniors with the Brookings Blizzard of the NAHL. Last year he was pulled up to the Fargo Force where he remains today. Since his days at Chaplin Park, Boynton has maintained a save percentage over .900.  As of November, 2020, Brennan remains uncommitted.
