USHL Goalie of the Week: Ethan Haider- Junior Hockey News

This weeks' USHL Goalie of the Week is Ethan Haider of the Sioux City Musketeers.  Though this may have been Haider’s first win of the new season, it was impressive. Ethan managed to turn away 27 of the 28 shots that he faced through regulation and on into overtime. Knotted at one goal apiece, the Musketeers outlasted the Omaha Lancers’ advances thanks to Haiders’ excellent play in goal.  

Ethan Haider’s statistics stand at: 
W 1, L 2, T 0, SO 0, GAA 2.62, SV% 0.910

Ethan Haider(20) is a product of Maple Grove, MN. His youth hockey was spent refining his craft within the US High School league -Minnesota. He played for Maple Grove High School. In 2017, Haider broke into the Juniors and began playing with the Minnesota Magicians of the NAHL. In 2018-19, he played 37 games in with the Magicians and achieved a 2.35 GAA and a .926 save percentage. Ethan has committed to Clarkson University beginning in the 2020-21 season. Haider was selected by the Nashville Predators in the 2019 NHL Draft (5th Round, 148th Overall)
